As an authorized dealer, all of our cell phones are sold with a 7-day money back and 30 day exchange guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a phone or a carrier, you may call the carrier to cancel your service and then send the cell phone back to us for a full refund.  You must cancel with the carrier within their 7-day period, however, to avoid an early termination fee from the carrier.  Pre-paid phones must be returned in unopened packages.
